This was my second monitor I purchased from this company. The power supply included with the monitor did not work upon arrival. I contacted the company to inquire about getting a replacement on February 22nd. I supplied the appropriate documentation for proof of purchase. On February 26th, the company acknowledged the defective component and agreed to have a replacement power supply sent to me. By March 24th, to power supply had arrived nor had any kind of tracking number been supplied. I emailed the company to inquire about the status of the replacement part on March 24th. As of this review (April 15th). I still have not received a reply to my request for a shipping update or any further communication. My first monitor from this company works great. The defective part and absolutely horrible customer service thus far negates my positive experience from my first purchase. If this ever gets resolved, I will update my review for visibility. However, I will NEVER buy this product in the future.
