Packaging was extensively damaged on arrival, inside the box several parts were in the wrong place or had come loose. Judging by sticky tape positions etc I strongly suspect it had been returned and sent back out. Power lead wouldn't stay in monitor socket, coudn't tell if fault was lead or monitor. After 4 days of this spent £7 on new lead which solved problem. Should have returned it but weight/size is very unweildy and no guarantee of refund. However, works well and pleased with picture etc. but expect more from Dell. Would not buy again.
