The laptop is fast and seems to work very well. My only complaint is that it came loaded with Windows 11 S. What this does is make it so you can't load any apps on the computer that aren't in Microsoft's Store. Just another power grab on the part of Microsoft. You are supposed to be able to go to System-->Activation and go to the Microsoft store to get out of 'S' mode, but it didn't work for me. After much research I came across a suggestion to 'Reset' the laptop. I did this (it takes a very long time) and when it was reset I could go to the Microsoft Store to get out of 'S' mode, and this time it worked.

Right out of the box it took 2 hrs to update just to start it up. This laptop is slower than death. Mouse clicker kept getting stuck. Biggest frustration is Microsoft’s latest attempt at not allowing me to download chrome. You need to deactivate “S” mode in order to use a chrome browser and it kept telling me error try again later. My 10yr old laptop that I threw out a window, ran over with my car and used as target practice performs better than this cutting board disguised as a laptop.

I’m extremely happy with my laptop. I have but it doesn’t support Windows 11. So after looking around I found this great laptop. My only “but” is that doesn’t have a touchscreen ( my other have it) . Besides that tiny detail , I highly recommend it .

I really like this HP laptop, it is exactly what I want. It is light, practical and fast. It is great to carry around for travelling.

My daughter got this for her first year at college. She loves the pink color and said it was easy to set up and will be perfect for school. Does not have a touch screen but that wasn’t an issue for her Would recommend!
